Just my two cent, why don’t you calculate the linear velocity of fluida in suction and discharge pipe? I think we should consider the velocity, if I’m not mistaken it should have a range 1-3 ft/s at suction, and 6-9 ft/s at discharge pump (for water case).

Dear Sepbowo, Actually suction velocity has been considered in velocity head in line no. 21 based on input data of flow, SG and suction diameter in line no. 14 and 20. Equation is written in last column (Formula).

I mean, it’s better if we consider the velocity given by the pipe diameter we used. For example, in API14E, the velocity at suction is 2-3 ft/s or 6-9 ft/s at discharge pipe (not written as velocity head). I think it is easier to adjust the pipe diameter whether it’s too small or too big if we know the linear velocity resulted.
